Some monthly recommendations

I love listening to music. In fact, there was a moment in my life where I would listen more to music than talk to people. Hence, I have my deep knowledge about it. I cannot talk about all the genres, because I still have a lot to listen to, but I know a fair amount! I was asked to give some music recommendations, so I shall deliver.

I listen to a lot of Indie music and its subgenres. My personal favorites are Beach Bunny and Dayglow. If you like more upbeat music I would recommend COIN.

Given the fact that this is a school magazine, I should talk about music to study. I would choose songs without lyrics, or that are sung in a language you don't comprehend. This way it's easier to concentrate while enjoying good melodies and beats. I love to listen to Lo-Fi. The beats are really relaxing and it helps me focus on my notes and homework when I have to study. Here´s a link to some youtube Lo-Fi: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DbuebKNKQsQ

But not everything is just school. What if you want to dance and shout at the top of your lungs after you finish all your exams? If that were the case, I would listen to upbeat Katy Perry songs and Bruno Mars.

Now I´ll present to you an underrated album that I love. My personal favorite: Dopamine by BORNS https://open.spotify.com/album/17l7MIu0Jh0tdgK7or9ovw. I would describe his music as something that is sung with emotion and I really love the extra sound effects used in it. A song you probably know is Electric Love, well this is the artist!

Music is made to make you feel, it´s art nonetheless. I hope you can enjoy it as much as I do!
